Vhit Boom Warranty Details
10 Year Ltd. Warranty Information
Seego Techology Limited, warrants Vhit Boom against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of ten (10) years from the date of retail purchase by the original end-user purchaser. If a physical defect arises and a claim is received within the Warranty Period, at its option and to the extent permitted by law, Seego will either:
(1) Repair the product defect, (2) Exchange the product with a product that is new or is at least a functionally equivalent product, or (3) Refund the purchase price of the product.
The Limited Warranty does not apply to normal performance degradation of batteries , plastic tubes, heating coil or neglecting to adhere to cleaning instructions.
Exclusions and Limitations
The Limited Warranty applies only to products manufactured by Seego Technology Limited. that can be identified by the “Seego Vhit Boom” trademark, trade name, or logo affixed to them. The Limited Warranty does not apply to any non-Seego products. This warranty does not apply to (a) damage caused by accident, abuse, misuse, flood, fire, earthquake, acts of piracy, or other external causes; (b) to damage caused by operating the product outside the permitted or intended use as described by Seego; (c) to a product or part that has been modified to alter functionality or capability without the written permission of Seego; (d) to cosmetic damage, including but not limited to scratches, dents, and broken plastic. Warranty does not apply to any non-Seego products.
Warranty applies to original end-user purchaser only. Warranty does not apply should you purchase through a 3rd party reseller such as eBay and Craigslist. Warranty is non-transferable. Warranty only applies to devices purchased at any authorized retailer serviced by an authorized Seegoributor. Warranty is only serviceable in the US and Canada.
Intentionally opening up or disassembling your device in any way will void your warranty.

Once we determine that the item is covered by the warranty, we will email you a shipping instruction.
Pack the items to be returned securely using the original packaging material (if possible).
Please enclose the following: a) your original invoice, b) name, address, contact telephone and email address.
If you receive an order shipped from that is damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, please contact us immediately. Please note: damaged or missing merchandise must be reported to us within 72 hours of the date of delivery.
